About us
Welcome! We’re Rodney and Marissa—thanks for considering our home for your pet’s stay.
With over 20 years of combined experience, we provide a more personalized, in-home care experience designed to feel calm, structured, and comfortable for every dog in our care. This isn’t a kennel environment—your pet becomes part of our daily routine and is treated like one of our own.
Currently located in Randallstown, MD. Our home sits on an acre of land, giving dogs plenty of space to play, explore, and unwind. One of us is always home, allowing for consistent supervision, attentive care, and a balanced routine that includes playtime, walks, meals, and rest.

Dog daycare: $35
Dog boarding: $39
Our hours for drop off and pick up are 7-8 am and again from 7pm-10pm.
All drop offs and pick ups are done outside. Please message us once you've arrived and we'll be right out to grab your pup!
All dogs must be up to date on their vaccines as well as flea and tick treatment two weeks prior to their stay. Please email shot records to boarding@osoriocanineandco.com
All dogs MUST be crate trained. While we do keep crating to a minimum, we use them for feeding and sleeping.
Please bring their normal dog food and treats. Treats are optional, but we do not feed your dog anything they do not come with to prevent upset stomachs.
Policies
We do all drop off and pickups outside. Drop off and pickup times are 7-8am and again from 7pm-9:30pm
Anything your dog comes in wearing will remain on them throughout their stay unless otherwise noted by you (the owner). We are not liable for any injury or destruction of such items (collars, harnesses, bandanas/clothes). Please make sure to let us know if you'd like us to remove items once inside under our care!
Dogs will be dogs and sometimes accidents happen. Please make sure your current vet information is updated. If it is after hours or your vet is unavaibale, we will take them to Emergency Animal Hospital of Ellicott City.
We are not liable for any injury or accident and vet costs are paid for by the dogs owner.

Thank you for your interest in booking with us! When submitting a booking request, please include details about your pets temperament, feeding instructions, medical needs, and any behavioral quirks! Transparency helps us provide a safe, structured, and comfortable stay for every dog in our care.
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and be safe around other dogs (unless otherwise discussed in advance). We prioritize a calm, supervised environment with plenty of attention, enrichment, and rest.
Drop-off and pick-up times are scheduled in advance and take place outdoors for safety and efficiency. We appreciate clear communication and timely updates regarding any changes to your booking.
